The new product should be considered as a “plug-in” that contains all information relating to the spindle operation and its monitoring functions.

When compared to existing converters, FISCHER’s Smart Drive outperforms the others in high speed and high power cutting applications as its high modulation frequency allow for the maximum spindle power at maximum speed. Limitations due to De-rating effects can be neglected since they do not exist in this configuration.
